What a ride it continues to be! We are celebrating our 30th year in Black Forest/Monument/Peyton real estate. Thank you to all our loyal friends and clients. We are also celebrating our third boom since 1992 and what a boom it is. Driven by out of staters trying to get here as fast as they can and also fueled by our neighbors to the north who continue to drive/telecommute while enjoying our fabulous lifestyle, commitment to strong schools, and recreation. We continue to see no supply, high demand, and historically low interest rate. All this equals to a tremendous market for sellers and a cat fight for buyers. If you are ready, it is time to get crack-a-lackin – if not, make the popcorn, sit back and enjoy the circus.
